Trinks Inc.’s robust Paraguide press features 45° gib guided columns that provide for tighter parallelism control than can be achieved with a round tie rod press. This design can also reduce deflection that can be caused by slightly off center loads. With this design, your press maintains its guiding when the moving platen grows during the molding process. The wear components are then easy to adjust so that clearances can be run tight or replaced. These presses are offered in both Down-Acting and Up-Acting configurations.
